We’re a township planner for Upper Frederick. We’re a borough planner for Yeadon. We’ve helped develop and update the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Chester, and we’ve taken the lead in several aspects of the North Delaware Riverfront Area Redevelopment Plan. We’re developing an Action Plan for the Chester Waterfront. We’re currently at work in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and New York, with plans to go nationwide by 2007.

We’ve provided planning services for a multi-municipal park, recreation, and open space plan for Eastern Delaware County. Revitalization plans for Darby Creek, too. We’ve prepared land and water use analyses for PECO Energy’s redevelopment of an 88-acre brownfield site in Delaware County. For the Philadelphia Water Department Source Water Protection Plan, we’ve contributed to the award-winning source water assessments, the Schuylkill River watershed source water protection plan, and the successfully awarded 2004 EPA Watersheds Initiative grant proposal.

We’ve developed a model land use ordinance for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and we routinely conduct studies for PennDOT, DelDOT and North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, among many others. We’ve provided the Philadelphia City Planning Commission with a transit plan for the Alternative Industrial Development Sites of North Delaware.
